Eric Bloebaum brings a technical background and more than a decade of project management experience to help owners coordinate complex projects, solve challenges, and keep work moving from concept through completion.

Eric Bloebaum is an Owner’s Representative based in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Liberty Center office, bringing more than 10 years of experience managing technology, construction, marine, and other complex projects from concept through completion. He works closely with owners, contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to coordinate schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality expectations while keeping projects moving toward successful completion.

Eric’s project management experience includes developing work plans, estimating labor and materials, coordinating installation teams, maintaining project documentation, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients. His technical background includes interpreting construction plans, system drawings, and technical schematics, as well as resolving complex issues in fast-paced project environments. He has also managed maintenance and repair projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, quality control, and client communication.

Before joining Bricker Graydon Wyatt, Eric served as a Senior Lead AV Technician, where he managed residential and commercial installation projects from initial consultation through completion. His previous experience includes marine service and sales, project management, and customer support leadership. Across these roles, he developed a practical, solutions-oriented approach to coordinating people, resources, and technical details — experience he now brings to helping owners successfully navigate their projects.
