Ashley Duckworth is an attorney in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Real Estate Group in the Cincinnati office. She brings experience across commercial real estate transactions, corporate matters, estate planning, and complex commercial litigation, giving her a broad perspective on the legal and business considerations involved in real estate matters.

Ashley assists clients with commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, title review, and closing coordination. Her transactional experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and related closing documents. She works to guide matters through each stage of a transaction, helping clients navigate documentation, due diligence, and closing requirements.

Before joining Bricker Graydon Wyatt, Ashley served as an associate and law clerk at Finney Law Firm, where she also developed experience in estate planning and commercial litigation. Her work included preparing estate planning documents, advising clients on wills and trusts, managing litigation filings and deadlines, coordinating discovery, and communicating directly with clients. This varied background informs her practical, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
